Thank you for taking the time to submit your website for possible inclusion on our Resources page. Your website could potentially be an excellent resource for our clients and visitors. If accepted, a link to your website will be added. To be accepted, you must first place a link to us from your website, using the following information:

Please follow these guide lines for submission:

Your website must have it's own domain name (www.your-own-domain-name.com) and not an extension of another domain name (www.not-a-friends-domain-name.com/mywebsite). If the website does not have it's own domain name, it will not be accepted (exceptions to this rule may apply if your website is of very high quality).

The link to our website must link directly from the main webpage of your domain name or from a links page that is only one click away from the main page. In other words, and at the very least, there should be a link directly from your links page that is one click away from the main webpage. If the link is two (2) clicks or more away from your main page, it will not be accepted.

The content on your website must be related to health, fitness, sports, medical, weight loss or other closely related subjects.

Send an email with the following information.... please keep the title short and use only one (1) capital letter on the first word of the description. If you over use capital letters, the link may not be accepted.

Important note about websites that are not acceptable:

Unacceptable websites include but are not limited to: pornographic, hatred, satanic, racist, illegal or immoral activity, affiliate link, banner advertising, doorway, duplicate or mirror, lack of unique content, poorly designed. We reserve the right to disregard, without notification, any website submission that we deem unacceptable.
